Course overview

For 2015, there will be several critical changes in the coding and reimbursement landscape including the first coding system change in 30 years with the advent of the ICD-10 code transition on 10/1/15. Other topics to be discussed in this eAudiology Web seminar include updates to the Physician Quality Reporting System (PQRS) for audiologists and the annual updates to the Medicare Physician Fee Schedule and how they may impact the profession. Upon completion, each participant in the eAudiology Web seminar will be able to: 1.List the Physician Quality Reporting System measures on which audiologists should report in 2015 to avoid any penalties in 2017 2.Identify the changes that impact audiology, based on the 2014 Medicare Physician Fee Schedule 3.Identify the ICD-10 codes pertinent to audiologists, effective 10/1/15
