This one hour webinar, ¿How Trauma Impacts an Employees¿ Ability to Return to Work,¿ discusses the common reactions people have to traumatic events, common concerns of employees after they or a colleague have experienced a traumatic event, and why it is often in employees¿ best interest to return to work soon after a traumatic event. Additionally, what tends to get in the way of return to work, and red flags indicating a possible need for referral, are also explored. Finally, the listener will learn about how Critical Incident Response can help employees return to functioning and work more quickly, and benefit both the employee and the employer.
