Course overview
This course is the second part of a two-part series devoted to elbow injuries specific to the overhead-throwing athlete. Part II describes rehabilitation programs for specific injuries based on recent scientific literature and evidence-based treatment of the throwing athlete. The course explains the symptoms and conservative treatment rehabilitation program for ulnar neuropathy, the postoperative phases of rehabilitation associated with ulnar nerve transposition, and the conservative rehabilitation for injury to the ulnar collateral ligament. The stages of osteochondritis dissecans are identified and valgus extension overload is defined.
