Course overview
Using her 30 years of PT and 50 years of dance experience, Ms. Kesler discusses and demonstrates the use of dance exercise for Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation. The benefits of strength, agility, flexibility, balance and coordination with core stability are accessible through these methods for many levels of patient's ability from those who are injured or debilitated to athletes and dancers. Theories from Rommett Floor-Barre(r), Ballet, Limon based dance, are discussed, demonstrated and validated. The viewer with then be visually and verbally guided to experience the benefits at home.
