Identify Discuss the duties and powers of the Board of Nursing (Florida statues, 2009). Knowledge of 464.008 Licensure by examination. Knowledge of 464.009 Licensure by endorsement (Florida statues, 2009). Understand and define the five rights of delegation and the nurses' responsibility when delegating specific duties in the healthcare setting. Identify how a professional nurse renews her/he/his license or certificate. Discuss the process and at least 5 grounds for disciplinary action according to the guidelines in the Nurse Practice Act.
