Course overview

Pressure ulcers remain a major health problem in the United States. Although prevention of pressure ulcers is a multidisciplinary responsibility, nurses play a major role in prevention, risk assessment, and treatment. This course provides information on nursing management and medical management of patients with pressure ulcers.
