Course overview

Obtain the knowledge to start providing ECC training in-house with confidence. This webinar provides the ECC administrator or ECC Supervisor the necessary information and training material in order to provide the required training to ECC Direct Care staff as per 58A-5.0191. Upon completion the attendee will have the power point presentation, agenda and sample certificate. This webinar counts towards the CE requirements for ECC Administrators and Supervisors.
