Course overview
This program will provide occupational therapists with practical guidelines for assessing and managing the care of elders who experience dizziness. Readers will be able to: classify and differentiate among the types of dizziness, describe age-related and pathologic causes of dizziness in elders, and outline the essential elements in the assessment of patients with dizziness and in the implementation of interventions, including rationales.
