This program will help occupational therapy practitioners understand how providing care affects the family caregiver and, in particular, the employed family caregiver. Readers will be able to: describe some of the issues and trends surrounding family caregiving, discuss the effects of family caregiving when one is also employed, and relate the implications of family caregiving to occupational therapy.
