This program will increase OTs' understanding of learning styles and how they fit with online learning platforms. Readers will be able to: understand successful elements of effective e-learning programs, evaluate OTs' learning styles per the Myers-Briggs Inventory and determine how temperament characteristics fit with online learning platforms, and analyze your own learning needs to see if online learning pedagogies might provide opportunities for your own professional development.
