Course overview

This program will familiarize OTs with the process and results of creating a personality-sensitive workplace. Readers will be able to: explain how understanding personality types and developing personality sensitivity improves interpersonal relationships, patient outcomes, and job satisfaction, give examples of how patients benefit from receiving care that's sensitive to their particular personality traits, and describe Hartman's Color Code theory, detailing the role of motives and the strengths and limitations of its four personality types.
