The goal of this module is to facilitate an understanding of the care needed by a trauma patient to facilitate collaboration between multiple healthcare disciplines. On completion of this module, the learner will be able to: Identify different treatment options for sprains, strains and fractures Differentiate between conservative management and surgical management associated with fractures Describe how dislocations occur and the treatments used for reductions Discuss trauma throughout the lifespan Distinguish between a sprain and a strain
