The goal of the program is to help nurses understand the dynamics of rapport. After you study the information presented here, you will be able to; describe how to develop rapport by mirroring or matching the body language of another, explain ways to match the representational system of another to establish rapport, and understand the dynamics of cross matching body language to develop rapport.
