MASTER TUNG'S FIVE ZANG SYSTEM: CLINICAL CASE STUDIES

Course overview

Although Tung's acupuncture is famous for its unique set of acupuncture points, the unique points are only part of a much bigger picture. Tung's acupuncture is a complete system that includes its own channels, unique points, diagnostic methods and needling techniques. Furthermore, Tung's acupuncture is based on a five zang (six fu) channel system unique to the Tung system, different from the traditional 14 channels of acupuncture. All clinic cases come from Dr. Chuan-Min Wang and his disciples, Dr. Yi Liu, Dr. Shushan Zhang, Dr. Yu Sheng Tze, and Mr. Steven Vasilakis. The following case study topics will be discussed: skin disease, internal medicine disease, coronary heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, and female disorders. All case studies include a combination treatment of Master Tung's acupuncture and Chinese herbs.
