This Home study module will address the many controversial issues surrounding the use of Methadone in the treatment of the chronically addicted opiate addict. The training will attempt to provide factual data to assist the addictions professional in competently discussing the uses and rationale for using methadone, and to examine the ramifications that personal biases and moral values can have in appropriate placement and recommendation.
