Meets Florida requirements for 4 CE supervision education for social workers, mental health counselors and marriage and family therapists. Excellent choice for all other behavior and mental health professionals. This study provides an introduction to the work of clinical supervision. This course focuses on the ethical, legal and administrative responsibilities of supervisors and supervisees across all the major counseling and psychological disciplines. In this study we will examine the ethics codes of each of the five major disciplines to find what guidance is afforded supervisors. Additionally covers the evaluation process, its purpose, several essential features and some strategies for implementing evaluation into supervisory practice. Cost structuring options for supervision will also be described.
