Course overview

This class will present the history of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), providing an in-depth overview of the law, the people the law protects and the regulations and enforcement of those regulations. In addition, there is a special section regarding employment specific rules and accommodations that can be made for those with disabilities. The course provides an excellent overview of the law but also functions as reference material for future use when confronted with an ADA-specific scenario.
