Course overview

About 4% of the 2.6 million nurses working in the U.S. were trained in another country. This program gives them a glimpse into the values, worldview, and communication styles of Americans in general. It also provides a clear illustration of American patients' health and illness beliefs along with their expectations of how nurses will care for them.
