This course will help the learner (nurses) in the State of Florida to identify and support colleagues who may be impaired in the workplace Objectives: -Identify signs of impairment in the workplace -List employer initiatives to promote safety and provide assistance -Identify essential steps to make a referral or report of an impaired nurse -Discuss the mandatory reporting law -Identify treatment programs for impaired practitioners
