Course overview

The goal of this presentation is to review the components of a culture and infrastructure to support evidence-based nursing practice. Once you understand the importance of EBP and how to differentiate EBP from research, now you can start influencing the development of a culture of EBP. How can you serve as a link between knowledge generated from research and applying that knowledge to affect positively patient care and outcomes?
