Parenteral Anticoagulant Therapy: Implications for Patient Management

Course overview

This course is designed for APRNs involved in decision making for parenteral anticoagulant selection or who provide care for patients already prescribed a parenteral anticoagulant. The purpose of this course is to increase APRNs’ knowledge of parenteral anticoagulants so they can identify patients in whom therapy is indicated, assist in selecting the most appropriate option, and monitor and counsel the patient.
