Healthcare providers must be clinically astute and possess a vast evidence based knowledge base to efficiently care for a diverse population of patients with multiple co-morbidities. These co-morbidities may place added strain and stress on the heart at times of disease exacerbation presenting as elevated troponins in the absence of EKG changes. The question is, did the patient have an NSTEMI or is this demand ischemia? This course is designed to define Type II NSTEMI, etiology and treatment options.
