We’ll talk about how the overgrowth of unhealthy cells that characterizes cancer can be understood and treated from the Chinese medicine tradition of the School of Heat (Wen Bing). We will talk about acupuncture, herbs, diet and lifestyle to address the different issues associated with cancer, including clearing heat and increasing Yin. Brendan will use several cancer case studies of patients he’s worked with and discuss the potential to address the condition from very early to advanced stages. Brendan will also talk about research from his book The Yin and Yang of Climate Crisis and how the extraordinary rates of cancer in the US mirrors the overheating of the planet.
