Course overview

In this course, participants will learn how treatment can be enhanced by using iPad apps. Lauren explores different apps that are low cost and engaging for use in speech and language therapy. Objective Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to: Describe two reasons why loading educational or engaging apps onto a child¿s AAC system is most often problematic, Identify at least 3 engaging apps and how they plan to use them with their clients to support core language learning, and Name two online sites where they can find a selection of quality apps for supporting language development.
