Course overview

In cases of domestic violence, people often want to know why this behavior happens. Anyone who has been in a long-term intimate relationship realizes it is not possible to live with an intimate partner day in and day out without ever experiencing conflict and anger. Why is it that some relationships can experience this type of conflict and navigate through in a non-violent way and other relationships escalate into violence? There is no easy answer because the issues related to intimate partners are so complex. This course meets the Florida requirement for domestic abuse training.
