Course overview

This two hour course offers an understanding of the Risk Management process. Techniques for Quality Improvement are reviewed. The medical legal process is discussed including; Malpractice, Negligence, Torts, Occurrence and Incident reporting requirements. Methods of risk management are offered, medical record keeping, credentialing methods and Code 15 requirements are reviewed.
