Course overview
A Good With Me Recovery provides a simple, practical, step-by-step framework for understanding a new approach to addiction recovery. It provides counseling and addiction professionals with an approach to help clients change the way they think about themselves, how to let go of the other-dependent ideas taught by our society so they can experience freedom from the crippling effects of addiction. Counseling professionals will learn strategies to help clients stop depending upon someone or something outside of themselves to make them feel good and how to achieve real lasting happiness that comes from the inside out instead of from the outside in. Patricia Noll an acclaimed self-esteem and addiction expert, the founder of Good With Me and Focus One, an Outpatient Substance Abuse Program licensed by the state of Florida in 1989, is the author of this course.
