Learner Objectives: As a result of having attended the meeting, the participants should have had the opportunity to: Review highlights of ischemia reperfusion injury (IRI); Be familiar with the vicious cycle of ischemia/inflammation; Understand the unique features of hyperbaric oxygen therapy to treat or prevent ischemia reperfusion injury (IRI). Subject Matter: Treatment and Prevention of Ischemic Injury. Teaching Methods: Online video of speakers lecture with PPT slides embedded; Exam questions for each lecture; Evaluation of program. Evaluation Methods: Evaluation is offered online after completion of the activity, which evaluates the effectiveness of the meeting, that no bias was presented, individual faculty and overall objectives were met.
