Clinical Practice Guidelines for Opioid Therapy for Chronic Pain

Course overview

This course is based off of the Department of Veterans Affairs and Department of Defense’s Clinical Practice Guideline for the Management of Posttraumatic Stress Disorder and Acute Stress Disorder. This CPG is intended to provide healthcare providers with a framework by which to evaluate, treat, and manage the individual needs and preferences of patients with chronic pain who are on or being considered for long-term opioid therapy (LOT).
