Communicating Effectively with Seniors

Course overview

The purpose of this course is to offer insights into senior consumers: their thought processes and how they transition from one life phase into another. By understanding how change affects a senior—and by knowing how to craft effective questions and responses when moving through the arrangement process—the professional funeral director will be able to develop a realistic understanding of the senior’s situation and needs and, in turn, will be able to communicate effectively and ethically.
