Course overview

Dr. Chien-Fu Liao comes from a family of traditional Chinese herbalists. His childhood was spent watching his grandfather, a highly-skilled and renowned herbalist, treat patients and learning how to pick, cut, and process Chinese herbs into pills. Dr. Liao has over 15 years of experience treating patients in Taiwan and is most renowned for treating strange and difficult cases. In this course, Dr. Liao shares supportive treatment protocols for tumor-related conditions using acupuncture and herbal medicine. This is your chance to learn from a great Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Master who sees an average of 150 patients daily! In Part I of this series, participants will learn the role of TCM in supportive treatment for symptoms commonly found with oncology patients and acupuncture support treatment for patients undergoing chemotherapy, surgery, and radiation.
