Course overview
This course provides the learner an introduction to High-Intensity Interval Training, a popular technique used in the fitness industry. Students will receive information on the physiological effects, including a review of the current evidence. Specific information will be provided on how the trainer/therapist might be able to adapt HIIT for their patients based on demonstrated assessment methods. Ample video demonstration will be provided of actual workouts that can be incorporated for any fitness level.
