Upon completion of this course, the learner will be able to: 1. Review the evidence associated with dietary modifications for the prevention of cancer. 2. Explain the concerns associated with antioxidant use for cancer prevention and treatment. 3. Identify at least 3 chemotherapy-related complications for which alternative therapies are considered. 4. List 4 ways that natural medicines can interact with cancer treatments. 5. Discuss the possible benefits and risks of health and wellness modalities commonly used by cancer patients.
