Course overview

In this 4-hour course formerly recorded at YoSan University, students will deep dive into each of the 4 phases of the menstrual cycle. Specific foods and recipes for each cycle will be presented, along with a recommended mindset or emotional emphasis that corresponds to each phase. Rooted in TCM gynecology, this course reveals the myriad of ways patients can be educated and supported when trying to conceive.
