Course overview
Medication errors can be serious enough to cause death. At a disturbing velocity and shock to all patient demographics, medication errors continue to occur. The errors can occur due to a physician prescribing the wrong medication or the wrong dosage. Other medications errors result from a staff member (RN, LPN, MAT) at the facility making an error in the administration of the drug.
