Learner Objectives: As a result of having attended the meeting, the participants should have had the opportunity to: 1. To understand the pathophysiological mechanisms in which HBO could benefit patients with perianal Crohn's disease. 2. To know what evidence is already available on HBO2 treatment in IBD e.g. Crohn disease. 3. To examine the independent effects of cold water submersion and post-submersion rehydration on post-submersion aerobic exercise performance. 4. To understand the effects of four hours of cold water submersion on orthostatic tolerance and overnight recovery, and the influence of partial fluid replacement with water following submersion. 5. To understand the danger of the lack of a system to investigate the hypoxia condition of the rebreather diver. 6. To explain that the detection of peripheral oxygen saturation makes the immersion with a rebreather safer. Subject Matter: RESEARCH ARTICLE Hyperbaric oxygen therapy for the treatment of perianal fistulas in Crohn's disease (HOT-TOPIC): study protocol of a prospective interventional cohort study with one-year follow-up. RESEARCH ARTICLE Cold water submersion attenuates post-submersion aerobic performance and orthostatic tolerance irrespective of partial rehydration with water. RESEARCH ARTICLE Pulse oximeter to detect peripheral oxygen saturation in underwater rebreather ECCR diver: a preliminary study Teaching Methods: Journal Reading; Examination of material; Evaluation of activity. Evaluation Methods: Evaluation is offered through the online educational portal with 3 graded questions each UHM Journal paper and an overall evaluation at completion of the Journal based activity.
