As a result of having attended the meeting, the participants should have had the opportunity to: 1. To understand the importance of the effect of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO2) therapy combined with micro fracture technique in the treatment of cartilage lesions. 2. To explain how micro fracture treatment works on a cartilage lesion and how hyperbaric oxygen (HBO2) therapy facilitates the process, and the histologic aspects of the cartilage healing. 3. Understand the development and limitations of the currently published CNS Oxygen Toxicity limits. 4. Discuss the NASA NBL Data and how it conflicts with published limits. 5. To understand the use to TcPO2 in patient selection of lower extremity wounds for hyperbaric oxygen therapy. 6. To understand the use of in-chamber TcPO2 in determining optimal treatment pressure for a lower extremity wound undergoing hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Subject Matter: 1. Evaluation Methods: Evaluation is offered through the online educational portal with 3 graded questions each UHM Journal paper and an overall evaluation at completion of the Journal-based activity.
