Contracts and Auction Proposals

Course overview

Participants are introduced or reviewed of the process of producing a valid contract to be used between themselves and their client. A discussion on identifying various contracts that might be used for personal property and real estate contracts. Auctions Proposals are part of this session and is designed to teach Auctioneers the importance of making a Proposal to the Seller in order to clarify any parts of the Auction Agreement previously discussed between the Auctioneer and the Seller
