Course overview

It is estimated that between 60 to 75 percent of adolescents with mental health and/or substance abuse issues have co-occurring disorders.  Commonly documented co-occurring disorders include conduct disorder, oppositional defiant disorder, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder and substance dependence.  This course will explore the prevalence, warning signs, specific disorders,and treatment options.
