Course Description This course, titled Oral and Written Language Development: Knowledge, Skills, and Strategies is designed for Speech Language Pathologists, Speech Language Pathology Assistants, and Audiologists for an in-depth understanding of how literacy skills develop in students. It aims to help professionals address the skills needed to build literacy by understanding its components - phonemic awareness, phonics, reading fluency, vocabulary and reading comprehension.
