Course overview

The taiyin is the level in the body that absorbs the goodness from our world. The taiyin makes the lung and, also, the pancreas which then forms the spleen! The lecture begins with a description of the functions of the spleen and how they should be understood in tandem with the pancreas. The role of serotonin as the messenger system of the spleen is discussed. The anatomy of spleen and pancreas is discussed and then commonly used points. This includes a discussion of why Spleen 4 works for the chong mai. The lung organ is covered with emphasis on it's relation to the thyroid and thyroxine as the messenger system for the lung. The anatomy of the channel is then described with lung points.
