Course overview

Bad habits underlie many chronic disease scenarios. As one sifts through the various layers of habits at work, eventually you find that will-power, or self-control is not strong enough to get them through the tough places, where temptations are the strongest. This course focuses, specifically on self-control, and provides a tool box of suggestions for supplying the patient/client with more options.It is a stand-alone course, but it builds on the other two habits courses: Stuck in a Rut and Supporting Habit Change.
