It includes: the population, levels of supervision, treatment level and components, what treatment services can reasonable be provided for people under community supervision, treatment issues specific to parolees, treatment issues specific to probationers, strategies for improving system collaboration, sample programs, conclusion and recommendations, assessments, transition plans, transition plan checklist, important services, special populations and confidentiality issues.
