Course overview

Many medical professionals have developed or participated in a rehab-dining, or multi-level dining rehab program. The developers of these clinical programs are often SLPs, OTRs, COTAs or nurses, depending on the facility and the leaders available. But there are often many variables and challenges from the beginning, which may lead to less desirable outcomes. This course will address multiple factors, from research based studies to effective and proven strategies to achieving success beyond the inevitable challenges. Though every facility and each interdisciplinary team will have their own unique obstacles, each section of this course will address the most commonly reported obstacles that have been voiced from clinicians around the country.
