Ethics and Boundaries

Course overview

This course was designed to provide continuing education hours to Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists, and Licensed Mental Health Counselors in the state of Florida. In this course, students will learn about professional code of ethics. Professionals will review specific profession code of ethics for areas of practice such as: clinical documentation, record keeping, referral of clients, giving consent for services, dual or/and multiple relationships, scope of practice, confidentiality, advertising to the public, etc. Upon this course completion, students will earn four hours of continuing education.
