Course overview
This course discusses Gamblers' Anonymous (GA) as a pathway to recovery in people with problem gambling. Gamblers Anonymous is a mutual aid fellowship based on 12-step principles. This review includes numerous RCT's studying many aspects of GA, including combination with CBT, combined with pharmacotherapy, it's efficacy with women, and people with co-occurring disorders. This is a research intensive course.
