This course examines demographic trends in cannabis use in the older adult population through the use of geriatric epidemiology. Cannabis use in on the rise in a population with existing chronic conditions due to their age. The adverse effects of this combinations remains to be fully expressed. The findings from this study highlight the imperative to screen older adults for substance use.
