Based on the book, "Child Custody: Practice Standards, Ethical Issues, and Legal Safeguards for Mental Health Professionals," by Robert Henley Woody, PhD, JD. Awards 4 CE credits upon successful completion of the 40-question test. Participants will increase their understanding of practice standards for child custody cases as well as the ethical dilemmas and legal risks confronting mental health practitioners who enter the family law arena.
