This is a 4 part series training. The focus for this series will be on learning about group structure and providing therapeutic groups to clients. Part 1: Group Structure and Expectations: This training will teach staff how to establish group norms and holding the group accountable. Clinicians will practice setting group expectations, and sharing them with clients. Learn and practice completing a check-in and developing a structure for group treatment. Part 2: Role Play and Skill Building: This training will provide the opportunity for helpers of all types to build and demonstrate skill building and role play techniques within group sessions.
