In this age of expanding theories of tort liability, dentists may be responsible for more than their own acts. Dentists have responsibility for the actions of their office staff and those whom they directly employ. Most dentists don't realize that they may also be held responsible for any acts of their partners, office staff or others who may perform procedures under their control or supervision. This course will help you understand the issues involved and what procedures to implement to judiciously practice dentistry.
